At MediaFocus we are dedicated to providing excellent service, not only during the development process but especially after your website is completed, as we feel that this it is imperative for achieving good website ranking and maintaining a successful Internet presence.
Affordable website maintenance costs are key to maintaining an appealing website that is always up to date and delivers fresh and timely content!
That’s why we charge for website maintenance in 15 minute increments, which means that at an hourly rate of $60, small changes become affordable. Most other web designers will charge an hour minimum, no matter how small the change. We want our customers to make changes when needed, without cost becoming a factor.
Fast Turn-around Times
At MediaFocus we understand that your website updates are time sensitive. Most changes are implemented within 24 to 48 hours after we receive them (M-F 9 am to 5 pm).
Make Updates Yourself
If you are interested in maintaining your website yourself, no problem! You will have access to all pages to perform text changes, upload images, add blog posts, update products in your online store, and much more. MediaFocus also offers training, so you can use your website’s capabilities to its fullest extend.
No Monthly Regular Fees
MediaFocus does not charge any standard monthly website maintenance fees. You will only be billed for maintenance you have requested.
